Nirwana International in Sanur also as a receptionist. She likes to interact with people and learnt how to communicate well with guests in a friendly but professional manner. She is the smiling face that greets you when you enter Exotiq's Seminyak office on Bali South Coast. Ari has graduated from Diploma 2 in tourism at LP3I Bali in 2003 and previously worked as a reservation in an online business Tour and Travel Agency, in previous job she has learned how to handle and taking care customers by phone, online with polite manner. Service oriented is her motto in handling and greets visitors. Good English and a helpful manner ensure that visitor to the Seminyak Bali office are well taken care of seminyakbali@exotiqproperty.com   Belinda Leigh Murray - Exotiq Property - Lombok, Kuta Office Belinda has been in the travel and hospitality industry for 14 years and travelled extensively around the world both on business and leisure trips. She then went on to develop and run a successful organic skin care company. Her next adventure became the Kuta Lombok office, which she is supporting with her organizational and human relations skills. Belinda has been in Lombok since 2007 and is utterly familiar with all matters related to real estate on the island. She has a very broad knowledge of the villa rental market in Bali and has the right motivation to match the right villas to the enquiries. This will help improve ROI on many of the villas we have for rental/sale. Her easy going personality and fondness to meet new people made her decide to work in the Hospitality industry for almost 5 years, mostly in the Sales and Marketing position. Those years gave her the administration and marketing skills in order to build up more confidence to try different fields of work. Well travelled in Asia, Dominique is a long time resident of Bali and has 17 years of experience as a consultant with the ILO, The World Bank and other international and bilateral organizations. Dominique has been involved in real estate in Bali for two decades. He is the CEO for Exotiq Property and responsible for franchising and expanding the brand.
