Angus McKenzie - Exotiq PropertyExotiq Property Koh Samui Office Born in Dumblane, Scotland, Angus studied agriculture at Edinburgh University before moving out to Australia to work as a drover on a Western Australian Sheep Estate. Moving to Thailand in 2001 Angus worked for Ipiana Estates, a Bangkok based Development Company. Having traveled extensively throughout Thailand Angus decided to relocate to Koh Samui in 2008 where he worked as project manager on a variety of high-end projects. Well known in the property business, Pui joined the publishing house 'Art Asia Press' in 1999. Before that she worked as a sales consultant for the property broker 'Phuket Land Search'. In 2004 she joined 'Siam Royal View', a leading Pattaya based developer, as Sales & Marketing Manager. Dean has been working in the Phuket property industry since 2003 and is widely experienced in helping clients find the right property for their requirements, from a small land plot to a luxury villa, Dean can guide you through the buying and legal process with the least amount of stress. She recognized the opportunity to help her Russian compatriots acquire real estate in the Kingdom, she thus arrived in Phuket in 2009. In early 2010 she moved across the Gulf of Thailand to Pattaya, where the Russian market is very strong. She majored in Accounting at Hasem Bundit University where she attained a BA degree. After joining the banking sector, Kate eventually worked for Barings and ING as an Investment Analyst. She married in 2008 and with her husband taking early retirement in 2009 they moved up to an easier life in Koh Samui. With time on her hands Kate soon developed an interest in the property business, and built her own house in Meanam. Having spent most of her life living in Pattaya she is very familiar with the people and property of the Eastern seaboard area. She relocated to the USA in 2004 and by April 2008, Mod had graduated with a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, Miami. While in Miami, she worked as the Assistant to the Director of Sales & Marketing at the boutique Setai Hotel, on Miami Beach. She was born and raised in Bangkok and completed her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Silpakorn University. In 2006 she moved to Phuket and worked at the JW Marriott Resort as Guest Service Executive. He has been living in Krabi for a year and has been visiting the area for 2 continuous years, learning about the real estate market and offering properties via his links in Europe. Early in her career she earned valuable experience in customer service working at the Pattaya Marriott Resort.
