An Exotiq Return
After a short break Exotiq Real Estate has returned
to Sanur with a new office and is ready to take the real
estate message to the world. The east coast of Bali is
seeing some unprecedented movement in the real estate
world with projects taking off all up and down the East
coast and right through Gianyar regency including the
cultural heart of Ubud.
The popularity of Sanur, with its well-established town
community and infrastructure has never gone out of style
but with the construction of the sunrise bypass all the
way to just shy of Padang Bai property speculation is at
an all time high and Exotiq is there ready to guide
customers through the entire acquisition and buying
process.
The office will be headed up by real estate professional
Mark Vroon, who is moving from the Seminyak office and his
goal is to make Exotiq Real Estate the number one office
on the east coast. Located in the heart of Sanur on Jl.
Danau Tamblingan 78, it is right next to café Batujimbar
for easy reference and a fine cup of coffee.

Mark Vroon (Sanur Office)
"The
east coast is an exciting place to be right now," says
Mark. "There really is lots of growth and infrastructure
development taking place with lots of exciting properties
and projects being built, or in the planning phases, all
the way up through the beach areas of Ketewel, Padang
Bali, Candi Dasa and up as far as Amed in the very north.
The Sanur office will also be dealing with properties on
Nusa Penida island, an undeveloped paradise across from
Sanur which some pundits predict could be the next Bukit
with miles of cliff top land available.
"We are proud to be back in Sanur in full strength with a
great new office located in the heart of town and a great
team eager to serve the growing demand in this ever
popular area of Bali," says Dominique Gallmann, Director
of Exotiq Real Estate in Bali. "Sanur is the gateway to
the great eastern Bali shores, where you can still find
beachfront lots that are affordable and in short reach. It
has retained its old 'charm' and is slowly rejuvenating
its tourist infrastructure."
Seminyak beware, Sanur has the potential and she is
hungry!
The opportunity has arisen for a professional real
estate agent to join the expanding Sanur office to help
Mark in his quest. Expressions of interest to Mark
