New Na Jomthien villa project hits the market
by Robert Carry -
Thailand Property Report
A new 27-unit pool villa development near the
undeveloped Soi 7 area of Na Jomthien has just been
launched onto the Pattaya market.
Construction is now well underway on the Royal Ambassador
Residence and three show villas, the clubhouse, guardhouse
and much of the development´s infrastructure have already
been completed.
The project sits opposite the Ambassador City Hotel, 700
metres from Na Jomthien´s Soi 7, and while much of the
rest of the surrounding area is still in its natural state
there are big plans afoot for the location which could
spell big rental yields for investors. “The area is still
unspoiled,” says Gino Mifsud, the project´s director of
sales and marketing. “however, it is earmarked for a major
entertainment development.”
Even without the yet-to-be-built entertainment project
Mifsud believes the location already has much to recommend
it, “We are minutes away from Jomthien Beach, Ocean Marina
Yacht Club, the Alangkarn Entertainment Extravaganza
Complex; which includes a Hexa Stage Theatre, Cultural
Rostrum and a restaurant, an elephant riding venue, the
Phoenix Park & Golf Course, and a choice of seafood
restaurants on the water.”
Construction got underway on the luxury Thai-Bali-style
project, which is the work of Thanongsak Wiboonma, chief
architect and managing director of Quartect Corporation
house of Bangkok-based architects, in June 2006.
Units in the development, which can be purchased in two,
three or four-bedroom format, vary greatly in size
although all come with private pool, jacuzzi, tropical
gardens, maids’ quarters and garage with automated door.
The two-bedroom ´Amanda´ villas come on an average plot of
350sqm and a building area of 328sqm, three-bedroom ´Baliya´
villas have a plot size of 400sqm and a building area of
353sqm, while the four-bedroom ´Cataleeya´ villas sit on
plots of around 700sqm and boast a build area of 612sqm.
Prices start at Bt12.5 million and run up to Bt28.5
million.
As well as being sold directly from the developers, the
product is also available from CB Richard Ellis, East
Coast Real Estate, Jomtien Property, Oasez Real Estate and
Paradise City Property. Owners acquire membership in Royal
Ambassador Residents Club and participate in a one time
club-raffle for a new Toyota Camry.
