Condo developers hit Patong
by Robert Carry -
Thailand Property Report
The doors of a new 14-unit apartment development on
the outskirts of Phuket´s Patong Beach has just been
opened for viewing.
The Patong View Talay project, which was designed by
Michael Kirchner of Modern Architecture and Design, had
its grand opening on 18 March and is now open for viewing.
The development is sited on Soi Barami 3, in the heavily
wooded Patong hills, and commands 180-degree views of both
the beach and Patong´s skyline. However, despite the
project´s secluded hillside location the centre of Patong
is within five minutes drive.
Kirchner who has been working in the industry for over 15
years, pointed out that the internal design of the units
is very much up to the buyers. He explained, “The
interiors in each apartment can be individually tailored
to suit [buyers´] needs or [they] can work closely with
the design team.” He added, “Every detail of the purchase
or inquiry is open for discussion and ideas are welcomed.”
Units in the development, which took just 14 months to
complete, come with balcony and individual plunge pools.
Ample communal recreational space has also been built into
the project with a roof-top pool, roof garden both
included.
Buyers will also enjoy features such as twin elevators
with private entry to suites, a covered car park, a
handicap friendly facility, 24 hour security, in-house
laundry and maid service. The 14 units in the development
are available freehold.
The developers implemented a number of green design
elements into the project and high grade construction
materials have been used in order to help the development
blend into its surroundings.
