Ex-Wimbledon Champ enters Asian market
Thailand Property Report
PHUKET Former Wimbledon champion and property
developer David Lloyd has officially entered the Asian
market with the launch of a new billion Baht luxury villa,
condo and sports club in Phuket. The project is a joint
venture between Lloyd, Sea Pearl Business Company and the
Absolute Group.
Absolute Sea Pearl Villas and Spa Resort is designed in
line with the growing global trend of mixed-use
developments, where each unit is sold off and privately
owned, but operated as a professionally managed resort,
under the Absolute brand, offering buyers a rental return
and management of their investment.
The project will be built on 38 rai of land on Patong Hill
with views over Patong Bay. There will be 36 villas and 48
condominiums with prices ranging from 15 million THB. "The
project will be a fantastic 5-star resort," said Lloyd.
"It will be very special. When I saw the land I ell in
love straight away."
