Exotiq unveils new Krabi partners
Phuket, Thailand. Friday 16th January

Exotiq Real Estste, South East Asia's
largest resort focused property network began 2009 by
announcing their new operators for the Krabi Province in
southern Thailand.
Newspaper Direct - Krabi Co. Ltd. (the publishers of the
popular tourist publication The Krabi Magazine), and KPHL
Co Ltd, (a Krabi based realator) have joined forces to
agree a three year contract with Exotiq to operate a real
estate brokerage from premises located on the high street
in Ao Nang.
Expected to be fully operational by March, the new office
will cover an area of Thailand which boasts some of the
most spectacular real estate in the world. In addition to
prime property in and around Krabi, the office will focus
on other popular islands such as Koh Hong and Koh Lanta;
where a branch office will be opened by the next high
season.
"Our well established publishing business gives us unique
access to the best property choices in the Krabi region"
explained Thomas Gennaro, MD of Newspaper Direct, at the
singing ceremony in Phuket. "We will be in a position to
exclusively represent some of the most unique listings on
the market"
The new Exotiq Office will be staffed by European and Thai
agents, with Italian, French and German speakers
available.

Thailand. "This area of Thailand has enormous potential
for holiday and retirement home development and fits into
our network very nicely. Prices here are much lower than
in neighbouring Phuket and the infrastructure is improving
all the time"

location for Exotiq in Thailand. Since 2007, agencies have
opened in Koh Samui, Pattaya, Koh Chang, Hua Hin and
Phuket. In Chiang Mai, Exotiq have an associate broker
deal with Jasmine Homes.
Exotiq Real Estate operates eleven offices in nine
paradise locations throughout Indonesia and Thailand. They
have also recently opened an interior design and
furnishing showroom in Hua Hin under the 'Exotiq Living'
brand.
