Exotiq Thailand Magazine launched
Pattaya, Thailand - April 2008
Exotiq Real Estate, Thailand’s largest resort focused
brokerage, has announced the launch of ‘Exotiq Thailand’.
This comprehensive property catalogue features a stunning
glossy front cover and contains 140 pages of prime
property choices across Thailand’s top resort
destinations. Destinations featured in
this first edition are Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, Koh Chang, Koh
Samui, Krabi & Lanta, Pattaya and Phuket.
“We intend to publish quarterly so the next edition will
be available in July” remarked Chutima Incharoen, Exotiq’s
Director of Operations in Thailand.
“Our
intention was to create an easy to use publication, with
no hidden agenda. Research showed us that consumers are
wary of real estate agents selling property in
publications dressed up as lifestyle destination
magazines. This is the main reason why we have created an
easy to use catalogue...you can get at the information you
need quickly”.
From
an advertising perspective Exotiq Thailand has proved a
huge success with advertising support from 70 companies
“If your brand has national coverage there are very few
quality magazines that will hit all of the top resorts in
Thailand” explained Angus MacLachlan, Co-founder and CEO
of Exotiq. “The most cost effective
advertising strategy these days is ‘niche advertising’,
reaching a highly defined segment of consumers. Marketing
executives love Exotiq Thailand because we only put the
magazine into the hands of people contemplating buying
property... the same people who have the income to buy
quality lifestyle goods and services”
What makes this magazine different?
•
It’s a straightforward catalogue...no flowery
editorial
content
• It’s the only property publication with national
coverage; featuring the top 7 resorts in Thailand
• Easy to use...property organized by price and
location
• It’s available as a 140 page glossy magazine or
on-line in bite sized PDF files
• Issued quarterly allowing for regular fresh content
• Large format; measuring 27 x 35 cm there is no
larger
publication in Thailand
• It’s a ‘not for profit’ exercise meaning low advertising
rates
