Capital Land to build Bangkok Condotel

In early November, Mr. Chen Lian Pang, CEO of T.C.C.
Capital Land, presided over the soft launch of a new
luxury condominium development set on the exclusive
Rajpruek Golf Course on Vibhavadi, Rangsit Road.
North Park Place is billed as Thailand's first full
service Condotel and aims to provide residents with a wide
range of benefits and amenities.
At the soft launch of the project, the company offered
discounts of up to 6% and invited the first 45 customers
who booked a unit to join an exclusive "golf challenge",
which included the chance to win the new BMW X5 series
from Millennium Auto, as well as other prizes.
The North Park Place project is located on a 3-rai site
worth a combined 1.7 billion Baht. The resort-style
condominium will comprise 128 units with 1-bedroom,
2-bedroom and 2-bedroom duplex layouts, while the
penthouses will be sized at least 346 square metres.
Prices will start at 9.9 million Baht and construction
will start in December 2007, scheduled for completion in
the second quarter of 2010.
Specifically designed as a resort-style condominium, North
Park Place is being built to harmonize with its
surroundings. All the units face the golf course and each
has at least one large balcony for residents to enjoy the
lush green surroundings.
Deputy CEO Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat said that to enhance
quality of life, the North Park Place project offers a
range of added facilities, including a swimming pool,
fitness room, and sauna. It is also conveniently located,
allowing residents to comfortably commute via 4 main
roads: Vibhavadi - Rangsit Road, Ngamwongwan Road,
Prachachuen Road, and Chaeng Wattana Road. This guarantees
easy access to amenities as shopping centers, sports club,
and leading universities.
To date, T.C.C. Capital Land has launched five condominium
projects in Bangkok - Villa Rachatkhru on Paholyothin
Road, Athenee Residence on Wireless Road, Empire Place on
Narathiwas Road, Emporio Place on Sukhumvit Soi 24 and
Villa Rachatewi on Phayathai Road.
The company also has real estate projects in Singapore and
more than 90 major cities around the world. The company's
core businesses is in real estate, hospitality and
property-related financial services, focused in gateway
cities in the Asia Pacific, Europe and various countries
in the Middle East.
