At the helm are two career real estate men: Marcus Fenton, the General Manager, a qualified chartered surveyor, and Will Robertson, the Sales Manager, a seasoned real estate broker with a wealth of experience in property sales and development.
 
Marcus has followed a logical progression in his journey to Bali. He trained and worked as a professional property surveyor in the West End and City of London. With an excellent track record in London he was headhunted by CB Richard Ellis in Bangkok as a development consultant before spending two years managing a dynamic real estate agency in the booming market of Koh Samui before relocating to Bali. “With the enormous growth in the Asian economies, Bali has been recognized as a key destination by investors and the international community as a whole and this has created a need for the level of professionalism in its real estate market to be elevated. As the General Manager of the Exotiq Jimbaran office, and with my extensive training and knowledge in all aspects of real estate - as well as practical experience in both emerging and mature markets - I’m ideally placed to provide such a professional service” says Marcus, a member of the esteemed Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Will joined Exotiq Jimbaran after ten years of selling property as a licensed agent in Los Angeles with Coldwell Banker and then Sotheby’s International Realty. Will was one of the top selling agents in Beverly Hills and the Sunset Strip, and built his business with an excellent reputation by providing the level of service high profile clients come to expect. His clients ranged from celebrity homebuyers and sellers to serious investors, all of whom placed their trust in his experience, the result of which was that their acquisitions out-performed market appreciation and sale prices that broke area records.
