Como Shambala fosters a balanced approach to eating,
encouraging guests to enjoy their food and its creation
while maintaining a life-long interest in the benefits of
good nutrition. Food is organic and sourced locally. Meat,
fish and vegetables are all featured, allowing all guests
to eat healthily whatever their preferences. Tastes, too,
are given full rein in influences that run the gamut from
South Indian spices to Italian and Balinese.
RESTAURANTS
Kudus House is a 150 year old former Javanese residence.
It is located on the western side of the Estate and offers
stunning views of the Ayung River meandering through the
valley. Its cuisine is a classical representation of
Indonesian food with its diversification of styles,
flavors and influences encompassing an authentic rustic
charm. Kudus House serves breakfast and dinner.
