ANGUS MACLACHLAN

In 1999 Angus MacLachlan was one of the first professionals to establish a real estate business on Bali. He originally built up the well known 'House of Bali' franchise which he has subsequently sold out. In 2003 he teamed up with Dominique Gallmann, a Swiss banking specialist, to form South East Asia's largest property business, 'Exotiq Real Estate'. With a marketing background in the hotel business Angus attained degrees in Tourism (Oxford Brookes) and International Marketing (Bristol). He is a member of the 'Chartered Institute of Marketing' and the 'Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management Association'; he was educated at the Ipswich School in England.
Angus is responsible for real estate operations.

ARI JULIANI
Receptionist

Ari was born and raised in Tabanan, west Bali. She graduated in 2003 with a Diploma II from LP3I Bali majoring in Tourism Business Studies. This grounding led her to work with a high profile Japanese online tour and travel company as a reservation agent. Always smiling Ari is now the welcoming face you will encounter when visiting our Sanur office. She likes to spend her spare time reading, shopping and traveling.

DOMINIQUE GALLMANN

Well traveled throughout the region, Dominique Gallmann is a long time resident of Bali and has 17 years of experience as a consultant. Over this time, Dominique has been heavily involved in the real estate scene in Bali, not only as a private investor but also helping others to realize their dream of owning a villa on the island. He has worked for the World Bank, the International Labour Organization, the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Indonesia's Central Bank and other renowned companies. Dominique is fluent in German, English, French, Spanish and Bahasa Indonesia.

ERIKA BENYAMIN

In 2000 Erika Benyamin graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung's acclaimed Maranatha University. Her interest in marketing and communications soon became established after attending a telecommunication and information technology seminar in Jakarta. Her first career position took her to Makassar, in South Sulawesi, where she was responsible for marketing at Prospek Satwa Mandiri, a veterinary supplier. By 2003 she had moved to Cahaya Anugrah Sentosa, a prominent snack food producer, where she was responsible for all administration operations, with a staff of 20 people. Joining Exotiq Real Estate in 2005 was in fact a return home for her; she grew up in Bali and is now enjoying her role in charge of operations at the Sanur branch office. Her excellent English and sound practical approach to business ensure that all Exotiq customers receive the information and attention to detail they need to make sound property decisions.

Fitri is from Bandung in central Java. Fitri has a degree in Business Management and has been with the Nusa Dua team since 2000. Fitri has an eye for detail and a pleasant, patient manner. She spends all her spare time with the love in her life, her daughter Kayla.

HELENA ANSRI WIYANTI WATHUN

Helena Wathun is responsible for the accounting and financial control of the Sanur and Seminyak branch offices. She was educated at the prestigious tourism school in Bali and achieved a degree in Business Tourism. At the same time, as a working student, she also managed to fit in a diploma in bartending. Having particularly enjoyed the accounting syllabus during her Tourism studies she decided to focus on this discipline and took up various booking-keeping jobs, including managing the accounts at ‘Bali’s School of Surf’. She is married and is blessed with one daughter. Her ambition, apart from balancing the books, is to travel around Indonesia’s pristine heartlands, particularly in Borneo and Papua.

Intan is a local Balinese, born and raised in her beloved Abianbase. Intan's main role is as Office Secretary and she co-ordinates the busy scheduling and basically holds the fort together at the Nusa Dua branch. She’s also the smiling face that greets you when you in this office. Intan has a Diploma 1 in Secretarial Studies and loves listening to music and laughing in her spare time.

JOSEPHINE SETIAWATI

Josephine was born and grew up in Jakarta, where she had a successful career in sales and marketing. She came to Bali to take up a new challenge with Exotiq as a sales manager. Although her background is in tourism, Josephine got involved in many different areas during her professional live and has acquired many talents. She is a very dedicated and hard working person with a good sense of humour. Josephine loves to travel and has been around in Asia, Europe and Africa.

In April 2005, Lina joined Exotiq Real Estate Seminyak as a receptionist, and now she is responsible in handling customers who are looking for short term lease and holiday villas. In 2004, she graduated from Padjadjaran State University of Bandung with a social study degree. Her patience and service oriented manner ensure that customers get their perfect holiday villa. Lina likes swimming, traveling, watching movies, and going to beach to spend her spare time.

Maya is a fresh faced local from Denpasar. Don’t let her innocent looks deceive you she is a lethal number cruncher with a Diploma 3 in Accounting and currently completing her degree course. Maya enjoys reading and listening to music when she’s not wading through figures.

MIKA SELEKY

Mika hails from West Java and came to Bali in 1994, where he spent his first 7 years working for one of Bali’s foremost legal advisory and investment bureaus. Mika has recently obtained a bachelor degree in law from Bali’s Mahasaraswati University and joined the Exotiq team in October 2004. Mika is a very dedicated and hard working person and is highly motivated to do the best in his job. He is the property manager in the Seminyak office and responsible for getting the best product on our shelve.

Ngurah, a local from Denpasar, knows exactly how to deal with local owners and property related government agencies; he has been a Bali property agent long before joining Exotiq. With an educational background and experience in construction, Ngurah's opinions and contacts have assisted many of our clients to establish their dream homes on the Island. Ngurah has a particular penchant for finding great value property; his efforts ensure that the Exotiq office in Sanur is always well stocked with the best property on the market.

SATYA BURGER
North Bali Representative

A long time resident of Bali, Satya Burger has 10 years of experience in construction and development of private villas and resorts around Bali. He has helped many foreigners to realize their wish to become a resident and own their own property. Experienced in local legal and administration procedures, he is the necessary link between any foreign investor, local Government offices and landowners.
