New Office in Chiang Mai for Kensington

Kensington Company Limited, provider of quality
design/build services, announced on 1 April 2008 that it
has opened a new Office in the centre of Chiang Mai. The
office is located opposite the Global House Home Depot
Store, just off the Middle Ring Road.
Commenting on the recent expansion, Managing Director
Chris Clayton told Property Report Thailand, “There is an
definite increase in demand for individual custom built
homes in Chang Mai and our office was set up to meet the
needs of a growing customer base there".
As well as home building, the company also provides a full
interior design service for hotels, bars, restaurants and
condominium developments. "We have a good reputation of
quality and honesty, and so gain most of our business
through recommendations" Clayton added.
A new general manager, Theera Teerasuphaset, formerly a
project manager at an architectural firm, has been
appointed to run the Chang Mai Office. The company’s
Bangkok office remains very busy and will still manage
pricing, contracts and administration.
With continued expansion, comes an increase in “green”
policies in construction. It is Kensington’s drive to
lessen the impact on the environment and includes such
practices as reducing energy consumption and leaving trees
and other landscape features in their natural state as
much as possible.
