clicking on the appropriate banner above. Once inside
you can search for land, residential property or commercial
property. We have exciting investment possibilities
for sale and long term or short term lease.
Some of the best deals are showcased in our
‘Exceptional property' page. We continually
up date this selection, so be sure to check it out
on every visit.
In order to make your website search as quick as possible
we limit each property to one photograph. You can
get many more pictures by e-mailing us for further
information. Our website listing of ‘Exceptional
property’ does however have a much wider
display of photographs.
Finding
property
When you finally decide to visit a location let us
know in advance. We can arrange your accommodation,
pick you up at the airport and prepare a site inspection
schedule.
Every Exotiq office is linked to the database, so
you can access every property at every location where
we operate. This gives you the unique possibility
to compare property between destinations.
Visitors to an Exotiq office can enjoy a relaxed environment
to view property. Our hospitality staff will provide
you with refreshments and cold towels, while our English
speaking sales agents establish a detailed understanding
of your needs.
Our aim is to provide the largest selection of quality
real estate, from individual private homes to ‘off
the plan’ developments. We never participate
in property development, beyond the marketing of it.

We have a huge library of photography, over 12,000
images, and from our TV viewing lounges you become
familiar with the most suitable property available…before
we even leave the office! Our customers are busy people
and appreciate not to be driven around all day to
see unsuitable property.
Inspecting
property
Once possible properties have been highlighted from
the search, we will personally escort you to each
location. In addition to our fleet of comfortable
air-conditioned vehicles, we also have access to helicopters
and speed boats to get a different perspective on
the more spectacular locations.
En route we provide further refreshment and face towels,
as well as amenities such as sun cream, hats and mosquito
repellent.
Acquiring
property
As you prepare to make an acquisition we will introduce
you to the best legal advisors available. It is strongly
recommended that you seek professional, independent,
legal advice. There is a correct, legal, procedure
for acquiring property in foreign countries, which
will vary from country to country; followed correctly,
it is not a difficult process. You can review details

this site. Never be tempted to take short cuts with
these procedures, take time to find the best advisors
and fully understand how matters are supposed to work.
Many real estate agents claim to offer these services
directly….be wary of these companies; they cannot
be an independent broker between the buyer and seller,

don’t directly retail such villas ourselves,
we co-ordinate the rental marketing activity and provide
hospitality to arriving guests, including airport
transfers if necessary.
