Prime Nature Group targets Hua Hin
Thailand Property Report
August 2008
Prime Nature Group Co Ltd is to develop a Bt800
million project in Hua Hin to capitalise on growing demand
from both Thai and overseas buyers in the town, has
announced chairwoman Sunattee Nerngchamnong.
The project will consist of a six-storey condominium and
23 pool villas. Sunattee remarked that the Hua Hin market
had evolved from drawing mainly Thai buyers and investors
to attract increasing numbers of foreigners.
"Some foreign investors have developed residential
projects and sold or rented out units to their nationals
during their winter season," she said.
The 72 fully-furnished condominium units will range in
size from 100 to 250 square metres and are priced from Bt7
million to Bt25 million. Construction is due to be
completed by the end of the year, and half of the units
have already sold.
The company is also developing 23 pool villas worth 300
million baht that are expected to be sold on a timeshare
basis.
Each investor would have ownership rights for a 30-day
stay each year, and obtain an annual yield of 8% to
13.62%. A third of the units have already been sold,
exclusively to Thai investors, reports Sunattee.
