Agung Suyadnya -
Jimbaran, Bali Office
Agung graduated with a degree major in Civil
Engineering from Udayana University. From 1990 until
now his interest in building construction and
residential design work has led him to study project
management independently so he can conceive and
complete his own developmental projects. He spent 3
years working with a property company here in Bali;
now he has taken on a new challenge with Exotiq Real
Estate Jimbaran office to compliment his expertise
in project development.

Juliani - Seminyak, Bali Office
Exotiq Ari is a local Balinese, born and raised
in Tabanan. She is the smiling face that greets you
when you enter Exotiq's Seminyak office on Bali
South Coast. Ari has a Diploma 2 in tourism and
previously worked as a reservation in a Travel
Agency. Good English and a helpful manner ensure
that visitors to the Seminyak office are well taken

in Asia, Dominique is a long time resident of Bali

Mark Vroon -

Mark Vroon was born in Amsterdam and has been
traveling the world since 1990. He has been working
in many different fields from international reporter
to professional diver to real estate agent. After
having lived in Bali in '97/98 he came back to the
island of the gods in 2006 in the function of
general manager of a diving resort. As such he has
intimate knowledge of Bali both above and under
water. With strong background in customer
satisfaction, fluent in Dutch, English, German and
Spanish, he is looking forward to helping a wide

Liaison officer in Israel and Eqypt, squad leader in Saudi Arabia and Iraq, jungle warfare trainer in Panama, Sales Executive for AT&T in New York City, and studied classical acting at Oxford University, England. He brings seasoned sales management experience to the team, and loves to help people realize their dreams.

Mika Seleky

Mika is
from West Java and came to Bali in 1994, where he
spent his first 7 years working for one of Bali's
legal advisory bureaus. Mika has recently obtained a
bachelor degree in law from Bali's Mahasaraswati
University and joined the Exotiq team in October
2004. He is the property manager in the Sanur office
and responsible for getting the best product on our
shelve.

Originally from Fairfield, Connecticut (USA),
Patrick came to Bali in 2002 and forged his niche
here in the property business by working as a sales
and marketing consultant for four years before
joining the Exotiq team in September of 2007. He
brings with him a strong ethic of customer service,
having spent 15 years as a manufacturer's rep in the
golf industry in the highly competitive and very
'golf rich' metropolitan New York area. He currently
leads our team in the sales and marketing of the
Ramachandra Estate located in Balangan on the Bukit.
