FINANCIALS
Deposit: 2% of selling price
Contract: 8% of selling price within 14 days after deposit
Down payment: 36% of selling price, divided into 12
monthly instalments and paid by advance cheque on the
contract signing day.
Transfer: 54% of selling price will be paid on the
transferral day
Transferable fee: Sharing 50 / 50 between purchaser and
seller
Common facilities fee: Approx 35 baht/sqm paid in advance
for 12 months on the transferral day
Sinking fund: 500 baht/sqm paid only one time on the
transferral day
Other expenses: Deposit and utilities service fee will be
paid by purchaser
Ownership Transferral Contract fee: 10% of selling price
will be charged as specified in the agreement
The developer has the right to change the selling price
and other conditions without prior notice.
