Price: 18,600,000 THB
Depsoit: 30% of selling price will be paid on contract
Payments: 6 payments of 10%, payable every 6 weeks from contract
Transfer: 10% of selling price will be paid on the transferral day
Titile transferable fee*: 2% of selling price
Income tax*: 1% of selling price
Business tax*: 3.3% of selling price
* these fees & taxes are paid 50/50 by the Buyer & Seller
Maintenance fee: Approx 27 baht/sqm/month. The fund is for central maintenance i.e. central charges for electricity, water supply, facilities, security & cleaning. The payment is annual, payable in advance.
Sinking fund: 27 baht/sqm/month paid only one time on the transferral day
Installation fee for electricity & water meters: Electricity = 38.754 (3P. 30A.)/ meter plus 20,000 Baht deposit (will be refunded 6 months later); Water = 4,700 Baht / meter
