’Tropical Villas’ launched in Jomtien

Scandinavian Homes Co., Ltd and Five Star Villas and
Condos of Chateau Dale Plaza, Jomtien announced the launch
of their new project, ‘Chateau Dale Tropical Villas’.
The project consists of 14, two-bedroom villas set around
a heart-shaped swimming pool in landscaped tropical
gardens. The development is located next to the Chateau
Dale Condominium in Jomtien’s Thrappraya Road. Each villa
has a total usable area of 165m2.
Priced at Bt7.9m, the villas have attracted a great deal
of attention. Robert Watson, joint Managing Director of
Five Star Villas and Condominiums Company Ltd said “As
this a unique development there has been a lot of media
interest. Active marketing of the villas has only just
commenced and has received a good reaction from the
public.”
The project’s location is considered to be in the heart of
a very sought after area, adjacent to the Thabali
condominium and Thabali village. “Amenities in the
locality include a variety of restaurants catering for
families, five star dining, high-end spa and easy access
to two great beaches” Watson Added. The development is
also very close to Bruno’s Restaurant, widely regarded as
one of the finest dining options in the area.
Standards of build are very high. Kitchens are fully
fitted to full European standards. Appliances by
Electrolux including hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer,
multi-function microwave, and dishwasher are fitted as
standard. Other features incorporated into each villa
include oversized bathrooms, innovative lighting, a
generously sized terrace and balcony, and a loft space.
“The open loft area to the master bedroom that can be used
as an office or a library is representative of the high
standard of finish within these villas”. Watson pointed
out.
The European feel can be attributed to the fact that the
designer and architect of the Villas was Dan Ljusnefors, a
Swedish national living in Thailand. The Villas make good
use of aged timbers and include a gallery entrance to the
master bedroom, examples of features normally only found
in European properties.
