Andara Phuket is a luxury property development by Hong Kong businessman Dr Allan Zeman. Started in 2004 the development is inspired by Dr Zeman's own holiday home in Phuket. "I love my home in Phuket, and so I wanted to be able to share the experience of living in paradise with other like-minded people," said Dr Zeman.

Dr Zeman started in fashion export in Hong Kong before giving life to the popular dining and party district Lan Kwai Fong in the early 1980s, which in turn led to property development in the dynamic district just steps away from the Central business district.

Dr Zeman is also behind the Plaza boutique shopping complex on Surin beach, as well as operating the Silk fine Thai dining restaurant atop the complex.

Phases I & II of Andara consists of 26 luxury villas comprising lavish individual bungalows and private pools, all overlooking the pristine Andaman Sea of Kamala beach. Phase III presents 34 resort residence apartments with similarly spectacular views, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms and most also offering private pools as well as 5-start hotel services.

All 3 phases are for private ownership, with rentals available should the owners which to offer them when not in use.
