Phuket’s Miramare development selling fast

A spokesperson for Miramare, a condo development next
to Phuket´s sought after Bang Tao beach, has revealed that
one quarter of its 20 units have been snapped up since its
launch last month. “We are very close to Bang Tao beach
between Laguna Resorts and the Amora hotel. The distance
is only 300 metres to walk,” said Suchada Sanksuwan,
Managing Director and Architect on the development. “All
the customers who reserved units with us, bought because
of this reason.”
The project, which consists of two five-storey buildings
with a 48-metre swimming pool running along one side of
the site, offers two or three bedroom en-suite units with
prices ranging from Bt4.9- 20m. Every unit in the
development also comes with an outdoor jacuzzi or private
pool.
Units in the development have been designed in a range of
shapes and sizes. Type A units come with direct pool
access, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private jacuzzi
in a master bedroom. They also include a storage room,
utility space and have in total 113sq.m of internal living
space with a further14sq.m of terrace and a 3sq.m outdoor
jacuzzi.
Meanwhile, the two floor 262sq.m Mra Cielo rooftop
penthouse duplex offers an open plan living and dining
aresa, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two covered terraces,
a private jacuzzi, a storage room and utility space, a
garden, sun deck, sala, dining terrace barbecue pantry and
private pool on the roof.
Miramare’s team is led by an Italian engineer and includes
a full team of Thai architects, with renowned Somchai
Tiatrakul among them. Khun Tiatrakul was managing director
and exectuive eirector of Casa Co Ltd, one of BKK´s oldest
and biggest archtiecture firms. He was also project
manager of the six-star Ayara development in Kamala. He
now has his own company in Phuket, known as Triaxial.
