Angsana Sornngao
(Ann) – Phuket
Growing up in the central
province of Uthai Thani, which is about 200 kms
north of Bangkok, Ann has been attending the
Southern Business Administrative College in Phuket
where she achieved a Diploma in Hotel Business
Administration. She also found time to study English
at the ECC Language School, which explains her
excellent communication skills. After working as a
Guest Service Agent at the Yanui Resort in Rawai,
Ann joined Exotiq in 2007 and it is her smile which
will welcome you to our new Phuket office in
Cherngtalay.

Angus MacLachlan
– Phuket & Krabi
Having anticipated the demand for foreign ownership
of holiday homes in S.E. Asia, Angus was the
founding partner of Exotiq in 2003. He subsequently
moved from Bali to Thailand in 2007. Angus has a
marketing background in the international hotel
industry, working in senior positions for
Inter-Continental and Starwood Hotel groups. He is a
member of the Chartered Inst. of Marketing & was
educated in England at the Ipswich School, Oxford
Brookes & Bristol Universities.

Chanyakarn
Chaichana (Chanya) - Koh Chang
Chanya has been in real estate field on Koh Chang
for 3 years and prior to that in Pattaya. She is
very knowledgeable about what's available and what's
possible when it comes to properties on the island.

Chutima Incharoen
(Pui) – Pattaya.
In 2007 Pui merged her company ‘Property Network
Thailand’ with Exotiq to become our joint venture
partner in Thailand. Well known in the property
business, Pui joined the publishing house ‘Art Asia
Press’ in 1999. Before that she worked as a sales
consultant for the property broker ‘Phuket Land
Search’. In 2004 she joined ‘Siam Royal View’, a
leading Pattaya based developer, as Sales &
Marketing Manager. She is a graduate in Mass
Communication from Chiang Mai University.

John Zagan -
Phuket & Krabi
John is our International Sales Consultant in Phuket.
Having arrived on the island in 1998 his knowledge
of Phuket is extensive. A German national, he grew
up in Bavaria and soon established himself as an
entrepreneur with the ownership of several
restaurants in Nuremberg. After selling up he
enjoyed a successful sales career in the
pharmaceutical industry. Since his arrival in Phuket
John has run a consulting business offering
management, P.R., property and internet services.

Mike Hunt – Chiang Mai
Mike Hunt is our property listing consultant
in Chiang Mai. He visited Chiang Mai in 2003 and
loves the city and natural beauty so much he has
lived there ever since. He comes from a successful
sales consultancy and management background in the
IT sector in London. Mike has a degree in business
and finance and a successful record of property
investment of his own. Mike appreciates that
listening to our clients’ needs is paramount in
finding the ideal property in the Chiang Mai region.

Natawarin Sangrajai (Mam) – Pattaya
Mam is the Office Manager of our Pattaya branch and is the person who greets you when you visit our 3rd Road premises. Having spent most of her life living in Pattaya she is very familiar with the people and property of the Eastern seaboard area. A graduate of Bangkok University in Business Administration, Mam speaks excellent English and prior to joining Exotiq worked for 6 years for the high profile Thai entertainment company Satellite Pro AV.

Stéphane Beysard - Koh Samui
From the mountains of Europe to the beaches of Asia, Stéphane moved to Koh Samui to open Exotiq’s office in 2007. A law graduate from the University of Fribourg, Stéphane has a strong background in real estate in his native Switzerland. His colourful list of achievements includes a period running an alpine ski school, he is an accomplished singer having performed in several bands and has taught economics at his home college in Switzerland.

local girl, born and raised not far from our office.

Sukanya Thongbaiyai (Palm) - Koh Samui
Palm is the Listing Manager in our Koh Samui Office. She arrived on the island in 2000 with nothing more in her pocket than a few hundred Baht. Administrative assistant and Secretary for GSS
Manufacturing. Jane is our Office Manager for Phuket.

Wiparat Hankitjanuruks (Pum) - Koh Samui
Pum is responsible for administration and customer service in our Koh Samui Office. She has worked in a variety of tourism / property related businesses in Koh Samui before joining Exotiq in 2007.
